SHIPPING & DELIVERY
How It Works
We will ship within 7 days of ordering. You should receive confirmation and shipping notification with tracking information once your order is on its way. Shipping times are NOT guaranteed, and orders that arrive later than stated will not be refunded.
RETURN POLICY
How We Do It
We carefully inspect all products before they are shipped. Due to the nature of our products, used candles cannot be returned or refunded. However, we will replace or refund products damaged during shipment if photographic proof of damage is submitted to scensationsluxurycandleco@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery.
You may also exchange your product for another candle of the same size and price within 14 days of purchase. The buyer is responsible for shipping costs on all returns and shipping of exchanged items.
